The principal activity of the group are property development, building construction and property management. A farsighted developer with social aspirations for building homes that last for generations, our Group was being awarded the largest abandoned project in Malaysia to be redeveloped. The industrial sector has grown positively during the recent past years, PDG Group ventured into industrial park development. Our first industrial project at Ayer Keroh Eco Park has won the “Best Industrial Park Development” in StarProperty Award 2023. In year 2024, PDG Group first purpose built Centralised Labour Quarter (CLQ) had been awarded Green Building GreenRE Gold Certificate. Jojo Gwee leads PDG Group with a robust background in finance and strategic leadership. A Bachelor of Accounting & Finance graduate from the University of Melbourne and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), she brings high-level financial acumen to the group’s operations. Her influence in the industry is further demonstrated through her roles in REHDA Melaka, currently serving as Secretary (2024–2026, 2026-2028) after a successful term as Treasurer.
